About | JazzMan Ltd

I’ve been coding ever since the early days of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum, quickly converting from BASIC to Z80 Assembly code, and I published several games in magazines. I still love that colourful little box!

I turned 18 just in time to sign the contract for my first commercial video game for the Amstrad CPC 464. I was amazed recently to find a video of it on YouTube - there’s no way I could ever imagined that 30 years ago!!

(Yes, its in French or Id be really famous ;0)

In 1990 (or thereabouts) my team won the European final of the ACM’s Scholastic Championship - that earned me research position at Digital Equipment Corporation’s Paris Research Laboratory - where I got play with lots of really cool technology, including the first FPGAs.

I also worked for a while on CAD/CAM sytems for Michelin Tire Corporation in Greenville, SC where I was involved in a very early 3D printing technology called stereolithography.

And now, 30 years later, I’m having a blast coding on IOS - I hope you enjoy the apps!

All programmers write bugs, really good programmers write really good bugs!
